Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs receives Honorary Consul of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Federal Republic of the Republic of Germany

U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs received U Maung Thura, Honorary Consul of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Federal Republic of Germany, at 1030 hrs on 6 December 2024 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw. At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs, U Than Swe briefed recent developments in Myanmar and both sides cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the enhancement of cultural, economic and trade cooperation between Myanmar and Germany including matters related to protect Myanmar citizens in Germany.
